NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION
BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR THE
WHEAT RIDGE SANITATION DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Wheat Ridge Sanitation District, Jefferson County, Colorado, that at the close of business on March 4, 2025 there were not more candidates for Director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby cancelled.

The following candidates are declared elected:

Joseph S. Drew                     Four Year Term

Scott Ohm                            Four Year Term

William J. Starker                Four Year Term

Wheat Ridge Sanitation District
